Do I need to pay extra for skates?

We provide skates for everyone free of charge. There’s no need to reserve your size we have lots!

Do you provide protective equipment?

Yes. We have full sets of wrist, elbow and knee pads.

Can I bring my own skates?

Yes of course but make sure you bring a bag so your shoes can be put in the coat check for safe keeping.

Do I need to book in advance?

Whilst we always have an allocation of tickets for sale at the door on the night we do get busy, so to avoid disappointment and ensure entry for you and your friends we recommend you either buy online or organise a party booking reservation.

Can I reserve tickets if a large group of us is coming?

Yes you can. We have a party booking reservation list however these tickets are only held until 8pm at which point any unused spots are released for general sale.

Can children come?

Our evening events are strictly 18+ however we run a great event for juniors and families on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times at these events and must be between the age of 5 years old and 14 years old, sorry we are not able to admit any children under 5 years of age on the premises at any time.

Do you have lockers?

We don’t have any lockers at present but on the busier nights we do run a permanently staffed coat check so if you are coming with lots of gear make sure you bring a bag to avoid multiple charges.

Do you have a bar/ food?

We run fully licensed bars at all the over 18’s events and for the juniors this reverts to soft drinks. We are excited to be able to offer a great new food offering at our new venue. Our Roller Disco Diner Menu is available to view or download.

Can we bring our own refreshments and food into the venue?

Sorry, no food or drink may be brought into our London based the venue at any time. We do offer a fully stocked bar, and soft drink bar for junior events and a Roller Disco Diner menu is available every day except on Thursdays.

Do you do Birthday / Hen / Stag / Party packages?

Yes we have a number of differing offers for both the Junior and over 18’s events. Please submit an enquiry through the contact us page or email for further details and to ask us about any specific needs for your event or availability.

If I buy a ticket online can I get a refund?

I’m afraid that all the online tickets are non-refundable, this is clearly stated before purchase and is included in our terms and conditions. If you have purchased an advanced ticket and would like to request a change in date please do contact us and we will do all we can to accommodate your request depending on availability at that time.

Is this event suitable for beginners/those who cannot skate?

Absolutely! We have marshals who are more than happy to help you find your feet and make sure you make the most of your night out skating in London.

What kind of music do you play?

Details of the music genres we offer on all of our sessions is available in the descriptions of all our Club Nights and Family Sessions.

What time is the last admission?

On Thursday the last admission is at 21.30. On Friday and Saturday it is 23.30 and on Sunday the last admission is at 22.30.
